My 1st Snowshoe Adventure

From 7 - 8 months

Today I had my first winter backcountry adventure. The Shingler family went snowshoeing with our friend Wendy. My daddy carried me on the backpack and I smiled the whole time...that is until I fell asleep. My parents are just giddy that I was such a good sport under the very cold conditions. I just loved it all.

Frequent flyer at 7 months. L.A. again!

We went to LA to visit my Woods grandparents and had a great time playing with them. It was very warm and sunny and it made me very happy.

Annika's 1st birthday at the Zoo

My friend Annika turned 1 at the end of December and we celebrated her special day at the Zoo. It was a very cold 39 degree wet day but that did not hold back our outdoorsy parents. So we all bundled up and caravanned our strollers through the muddy trails around the Seattle Zoo. It was my first time there and to me it just looked like any other park. I found my little friends much more interesting than the animals my parents kept pointing out.

Christmas at Auntielaine

After the snow cleared a little bit after Christmas, we drove up to Bellingham to visit the Floyd Clan. They are my extended family and I was happy to visit with all of them, specially Auntielaine. Here I am playing the piano with Lucas.
